Costume Balances Imagination- Sunday the 7th December 2 shows 10am and 6pm Below is a list of TOTAL amounts for each costume for the concert. Costumes will be handed out from Monday the 24th November. Please note that costumes cannot be handed out unless paid for in full and term 4 fees have been finalised. Please subtract the deposit amount you have already paid from the total. This will be handed out throughout costume collection week. • Costumes will be handed out in class from Monday the 24th November. Unfortunately only students that have a $0 balance for costumes and fees will receive costumes. • Don’t forget that Tickets for both shows are now on sale through Ticketek. • Dress Rehearsals are on Sunday the 30th November at the Civic Theatre- Please refer to your timetable for times. • A copy of all notes handed out are available via our website www.steppingoutdance.com.au follow link on home page to News and hit ORANGE NEWS. All students will be involved in performing at both our 10am and 6pm shows expect for our tiniest dancers: Miss Stephs 9:30am Saturday class and 10:15am Saturday class will be performing in the 10am show only. • Miss Rachels Monday 2pm class and Miss Leesas Thursday 10:45am class will be performing in the 6pm show only. We are busy coordinating back stage organisation to allow for supervision and collection times for both concerts, this will allow for drop off of students for the concert that parents will not be watching eg. Family watching the 10am but dropping off and collecting for the 6pm show etc. We would love helpers backstage, please let us know if you would like to help out at one of the shows leesa@steppingoutdance.com.au KEA productions will be filming the concerts, please find attached envelope to complete if you would like to purchase a copy.
