The countdown to concert is on.... we have been thrilled with students enthusiasm as we embark upon our exciting last month of rehearsals. Costumes are looking sensational and we have been overwhelmed by the outstanding response to ticket sales.
Ticketek wishes to advise all parents and friends of Stepping Out to please double check purchased tickets to ensure correct concert was sold under advice from the ticketek box office. Please make sure your ticket admits entry to the 3pm concert (orange cast). if you were sold tickets to the 11am (Forbes show) please contact the Ticketek office asap for an exchange. Ticketek apologises for any inconvenience caused.
We will notify parents of arrangements for supervision of students and times of performance closer to the concert. An order of appearance for the concert will be available within the next week and on noticeboard in studio.
New theatre regulations will not permit video cameras into the audience for our concert this year. Good News - we have secured a company that has over 10years experience filming dance performances to capture the entire show. if you would like a DVD please complete the envelope attached to the newsletter handed out in class and return to us ASAP to secure you're copy!!
COSTUME COLLECTION - Please place your remaining costume balance and hand to your teacher. Costumes will be given out in class (Week 8 - commencing Monday 29th November). Please note that costumes will only be given out if full payment has been made.

Dress rehearsals are held at the Civic Theatre (cnr of Lords place and Bygn Street). Please enter and exit the building using the back stage door via the carpark at the rear of the building.
